The staff were friendly. Helpful and professional. the animation team were great. it was definitely worth going all-inclusive and our room was very nice. the hotel was super clean with a great pool area. It met all my expectations.
the room walls must be thin. we were kept awake by babies crying some nights!

The hotel is about a 3-minute walk to the pine walk. this fine path takes you past lovely restaurants. the walk to town is about 20 or 25 minutes. It is very pleasant indeed.

the location was acceptable, a walk to the sea for a cocktail was indeed possible.
The room cleanliness left much to be desired. There was dust and sand from previous guests. our bedside tables seemed to collect hair too. the dispenser had no gel. The cleaner took the empty insert and left an empty space.

The noise level was a problem. our room was near the service entrance. i was disturbed by constant deliveries and bin collections. the food quality disappointed me. The buffet options felt repetitive. i expected more variety and better ingredients for a hotel of this rating.

The sunbeds were easily accessible, and we found a great spot to view all three pool areas. the kids enjoyed the shallow pool. It provided a chance to shoot water guns and play ball games. the poolside bar provided drinks and snacks all day.

the restaurant staff were efficient, friendly, and professional, which enhanced the dining experience. the animation team entertained both kids and adults throughout the day and night. sami's archery coaching skills earned one of us a medal.
